The Board of Appeals affirmed the examiner's rejection of claims 11, 18, 25, 32, 49, 52, 53, 57, 58 and 59 of appellant's application Ser. No. 326,391, filed Dec. 17, 1952 for "Interlocked Panel Structure", as unpatentable over certain prior art. Applicant has appealed. The sole issue raised on appeal is the correctness of this holding.
