Defendants herein, W. T. Scogins and Zurich Insurance (Scogins' liability insurer) have taken this appeal from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of plaintiff, New Orleans and Northeastern Railroad Company (hereinafter sometimes referred to simply as "railroad"), and against said defendants, in solido, in the sum of $4,239.41 representing property damages in said amount sustained by one of plaintiff's trains in a train-truck collision...
