Harry Frank Hart, a minor under the age of 16 years, died from injuries received in an accident while he was steering a truck owned or operated by the defendants John L. Blair or Double Jay Service. The administrator of the boy's estate sued those defendants for damages alleging they had "wrongfully, or wilfully, or wantonly, or recklessly, or negligently," caused the minor to steer a truck owned or operated...
