PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by information with the crime of assault and battery in violation of section 694.1, Code, 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried, found guilty and sentenced to serve 15 days in jail. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is—
