This is a condemnation action by plaintiff, Union Electric Company of Missouri, a corporation, to acquire a perpetual easement, 100 feet in width, for a right-of-way upon and across the land owned by defendants herein for the purpose of erecting, constructing, keeping and maintaining a high voltage electric transmission line thereon.
