This is a petition by the Labor Board for enforcement of its order finding respondent, Interurban Gas Corporation, guilty of violating Section 8(a) (1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended (29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a) (1) and (3)) by discharging one of its employees, Donald Gillingham, because of his union activities. Respondent resists enforcement on the ground that there is not substantial evidence on the record as a whole...
