"And the plaintiff also alleges that the defendant failed to yield the right-of-way to the Faircloth automobile. (And in connection with the word "right-of-way," the Court charges you as follows: that in this case the vehicle that had the green light with it had the right-of way. And the term "right-of-way" as used means the vehicle...
