This is an action on implied contract to recover the reasonable rental value of ten acres of land in the Nags Head area used by the Federal Government from July 16, 1956, until the commencement of this action in February, 1962. Jurisdiction is bestowed upon this Court by Title 28 U.S.C. § 1346(a) (2).
