This is an action by Mr. and Mrs. John L. Stewart to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by Stewart in a traffic accident and for the ensuing loss of consortium suffered by his wife. The defendant Bailey appeals from a judgment, entered upon a jury verdict, awarding $10,000 to the husband and $1,000 to the wife.
