Larry Brown, a minor, by his mother and next friend, Mrs. Virginia Brown, commenced an action against defendant, Catherine Ellsworth, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of a collision between a motor scooter, being operated by the minor Larry Brown, and an automobile being operated by Catherine Ellsworth. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant and judgment was rendered...
