This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Some time prior to 1958 Mrs. Nora A. Price had been adjudged an incompetent, and a guardian of her property had been appointed. Shortly before February, 1958 she had been taken by her son to a rest home near Pasadean, Texas. The record reveals that she had not seen her son for thirty or thirty-five years due to the fact that, when he was a young baby, Mrs. Price...
