Sanders and Audubon Insurance Company seeking to recover on a subrogation claim arising from a truck accident. Travelers Insurance Company's claim consisted of $201.00 in Workmen's Compensation benefits paid to James Busby, a truck driver employed by W. M. Chambers Truck Line.
