In fairness to plaintiff's counsel of record in the Supreme Court, it should be stated that in the statement of case on appeal it is said that plaintiff in person drafted all his pleadings, and up to the time of this appeal has acted as his own attorney. However, in Judge Copeland's order it is stated that an order had previously been entered allowing Phillip Ransdell to withdraw as plaintiff's counsel.
