This is an action by the plaintiff against the defendant bank for the recovery of $4,238.82, part of the bank deposit made in the defendant bank by the plaintiff. After trial, the court entered judgment for the defendant bank and the plaintiff appeals. The sole question involved in this case is whether the bank was legally authorized to debit the plaintiff's account with two checks. The two checks were drawn by another party, Francis L.
