BURGER, Circuit Judge.

An action was brought by the Trustee in Bankruptcy of Genie Craft Corporation1 against a creditor2 of the bankrupt to set aside certain transfers of customers' accounts. The District Court, sitting without a jury, determined that the challenged transfers were valid pledges and denied the relief sought by the Trustee.
