This is an appeal from a final decree in a chattel mortgage foreclosure suit, and from a subsequent deficiency decree.

The appellant B.P. Galloway purchased 460 head of cattle from appellee D.L. Musgrave, for $161,000. The unpaid portion of the purchase price, amounting to $119,000, was secured by a chattel mortgage which encumbered 610 head of cattle, being those involved in the sale and an added 150 head.
