RODMAN, Justice.

Defendant, in the trial below, moved for nonsuit for that the State's evidence was insufficient to warrant a conviction. He also excepted to the court's summary of the State's contentions. He has abandoned these exceptions by failure to bring them forward in his brief. These exceptions are manifestly without substance.
