Wisconsin Screw Company, plaintiff-appellant, brought this diversity action in the District Court to recover $1,284,646.27 and interest on a fire insurance loss under three fire insurance policies issued in Wisconsin by Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, defendant-appellee. The policies aggregated a total of $1,300,000.00 of insurance with a ninety per cent co-insurance clause and covered the building and contents of plaintiff's screw machine...
