This suit was originally brought by Sam Alleman to recover for personal injuries, medical expenses and loss of wages which resulted from an accident which occurred on the 15th day of August, 1957. Mr. Alleman who was the owner and operator of a 1954 Ford car, had been driving in his car in an easterly direction along Louisiana Highway 1004 in Assumption Parish.
