COLEMAN, Justice.

This is a suit for damages for breach of a partnership contract. The trial court rendered judgment for the defendants.

On March 18, 1958, the parties to this suit entered into a written partnership agreement for a term of ten years whereby they became associated in the operation of the Melrose Pharmacy.
