Plaintiff sustained severe personal injuries when struck by a "lift" of angle irons which was dropped from an overhead crane being operated by defendant Ross Redd in the warehouse of the corporate defendant. In this action to recover damages for his injuries plaintiff obtained a verdict against both defendants in the sum of $136,000.
