Chamberlain has filed a Petition for Review of the order of the Referee entered herein May 17, 1962 which, in effect, held that the Bankrupt was entitled to a credit of $5,000.00 on a $5,000.00 bond of the Bankrupt payable to Chamberlain — so that, in effect, nothing is due Chamberlain on that bond.
