Ruby H. Oden, the plaintiff, filed a motion for judgment seeking to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained when she fell in an apartment occupied by her and owned by South Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, the defendant. After all of the evidence had been presented to a jury the trial judge struck the evidence, upon motion of the defendant, and entered summary judgment in favor of the defendant.
