Appellant Richard Gus Klavon, Everett Frank Hamm and Manuel Joseph Corpio Perez were jointly charged in an information with burglary. In the second count Hamm, alone, was charged with the unlawful possession of marijuana in violation of section 11530 of the Health and Safety Code.
