Judgment modified on the law by reducing the sentence to a term of 15 years to life. As so modified, the judgment is affirmed.

The findings of fact implicit in the jury's verdict are affirmed. Defendant contends that his sentence be vacated and he be resentenced as a third felony offender on the ground that three prior convictions in Alabama for forgery, upon pleas of guilty given on the same day to three separate indictments be considered as only one
