No question of law is presented on this appeal, which is from a judgment and sentence based on a jury's verdict of guilty on a charge of aiding and abetting in the commission of the crime of second-degree burglary.
The issue is whether there was sufficient evidence from which the jury could find that the defendant (appellant), Leon Rose, knew of the criminal purpose of two of his associates, Snoble
