This is a tort action instituted by Mrs. Vesta Cannon against Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company and its insurer, Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, arising out of an accident which occurred in Natchitoches, Louisiana, on March 3, 1960. Plaintiff alleges that she slipped and fell on the floor of a store operated by the first named defendant in Natchitoches, and that the fall was caused by the negligence...
