The above-entitled and numbered claims were duly filed on August 3, 1960, to recover damages sustained by the claimants as a result of a two-car accident at the intersection of Lawrence and Vanduzze Streets in the City of Watertown, New York, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the State of New York. These claims have not been assigned or submitted to any other court or tribunal for audit or determination.
