This is an action upon a judgment of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia, that was affirmed by the Supreme Court of Appeals of Virginia. The judgment of the Virginia Court was in favor of David J. Phillips against Alfonza Rowe, the negligent driver, and the Gersten Construction Company, Inc., as Rowe's employer, for personal injuries due to an automobile accident, in the amount of $20,000.00 plus costs and interest.
