Anthony Reese was born on December 30, 1948. When he was four years of age, his parents, Jewel and Lena Reese, abandoned him. February 10, 1958, he was adjudicated a ward of the Juvenile Court for King County, and placed in the custody of the Department of Public Assistance to arrange for his care. The department placed Anthony in a foster home operated by Woodrow Richey and Ioleene Richey, his wife. He remained there until he was taken to Harborview Hospital...
