This suit was originally instituted by plaintiff against T. L. James & Company, Inc. for damages allegedly resulting from an overflow caused by defendant's work on the highway adjacent to plaintiff's described property in Jackson Parish. By supplemental petition the contracting firm of Cunningham & McCullen and its insurer, Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Company, were named as additional defendants.
