Jean Hall Douglass died on March 26, 1959, as the result of cancer from which he had suffered for several years. On February 19, 1959, said decedent and his wife, Helen, had executed a deed of gift whereby they conveyed a house and lot they owned as tenants by the entireties to his parents, defendants herein.
