KYLE, J.

The appellants T.J. Bullock, Jr., and Thomas J. Bullock, III, were indicted, tried and convicted in the Circuit Court of George County of the crime of burglary and grand larceny, and each of them was sentenced to imprisonment in the state penitentiary for a term of five years on the charge of burglary, and three years on the charge of grand larceny. From that judgment they prosecute this appeal.
