This is a law action, tried without a jury, by Weaver Construction Company against defendant Farmers National Bank of Webster City to recover proceeds of checks belonging to plaintiff, endorsed and cashed at defendant bank by Reynolds, plaintiff's local manager, who then appropriated the cash to his own use.
