The case on appeal has no asignments of error and no grouping of exceptions. In his appeal entries defendant "excepts to each finding of fact and conclusion of law in conflict with his contentions of innocence of the crime for which he was convicted and his contention that the Superior Court of Craven County was without jurisdiction to try him and pass sentence upon him."
