This matter came on to be heard upon the bill of complaint seeking specific performance of an option dated February 13, 1957, granting to plaintiffs the right to purchase a parcel of land owned by defendant, defendant having filed a cross bill of complaint seeking cancellation of the purported option and rescission of the real-estate mortgage and note.
