Pate, instituted this action in tort seeking monetary judgment in compensation for personal injuries and property damages allegedly sustained and incurred in an intersectional automobile collision. After two jury trials, (the first of which ended in a mistrial, and the second of which culminated in a general verdict for defendants), judgment was rendered in favor of defendants, Teddy B. Hamilton and State Farm Mutual Automobile...
