These two bills in equity were consolidated for trial. The first is brought by the Town of Brookline (the Town) seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against the Brookline Redevelopment Authority (the Authority). The second is a taxpayers' bill brought under G.L.c. 40, § 53, and G.L.c. 231A, § 6, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against the Town and the Authority. One Gevinson was permitted to intervene in both cases.
