This controversy is the aftermath of several lawsuits between John Clay, appellant here, and his wife, Gladys, all growing out of their marital difficulties. The Clays were residents of the State of Arkansas but John owned property in LeFlore County, Oklahoma, where Gladys first commenced an action against him, praying for separate maintenance, division of property acquired jointly by the parties, alimony...
