Stevens, instituted suit against his wife, Hilda Hutson Stevens, making the allegation the parties had lived separate and apart for more than two years previous thereto entitling them to a divorce. In said petition allegation was made he was informed by his wife she had obtained a divorce from him previously in Mississippi and subsequent thereto she had married one William...
