This is a bill in equity seeking specific performance of a compensation agreement. Certain facts were stipulated. The trial judge filed a report of material facts. A final decree was entered dismissing the bill. The plaintiff appealed and also has filed a bill of exceptions presenting exceptions to the exclusion of evidence.
