Motions to amend remittitur granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended by adding thereto the following: On the appeals to the Court of Appeals each defendant argued and there was passed upon an alleged Federal constitutional question as to the alleged denial of their right to call one Colon as a witness. The Court of Appeals held that there was no such denial and no infringement of defendants' constitutional rights. [See
