Plaintiff, widow of Shirley Tacie and administratrix of his estate, recovered a judgment based upon a jury verdict in the amount of $100,000 against all the defendants in this action brought under the wrongful death act. CL 1948, §§ 691.581, 691.582 (Stat Ann 1959 Cum Supp §§ 27.711, 27.712).
