On April 3, 1961 Guaranty Bank and Trust Company obtained an order for executory process seeking foreclosure on a note dated August 28, 1959 in the original amount of $4,600 which had been executed in connection with a collateral mortgage on 182.35 acres of land in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana by Monroe Lebo.
