Relator, an inmate of Matteawan State Hospital, has been granted a writ of habeas corpus upon which he seeks his release from Matteawan upon two grounds, first, that he is sane and, second, that section 412 of the Correction Law, pursuant to which section he was transferred to Matteawan State Hospital from the Harlem Valley State Hospital, is unconstitutional.
