The plaintiff mother and her minor son were injured by the tipping over of a metal cylindrical tank on the premises of the defendant supermarket (Tedeschi's). The mother and the son seek damages for personal injuries based on the alleged negligence of Tedeschi's. The plaintiff father seeks consequential damages.
