This is an appeal from an order of the district court affirming an order of the referee in bankruptcy denying a discharge to bankrupt (appellant). The denial of discharge followed objections by a creditor, David Shulman (appellee). The discharge was denied upon grounds that appellant filed false and fraudulent schedules1 and that he failed to keep or preserve books of account or records from which his financial condition...
