This action was brought pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended (42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g)), to review a final decision by the Secretary denying disability benefits under the Social Security Act. Plaintiff has not worked since September 10, 1958. On January 9, 1959, plaintiff filed applications for disability insurance benefits and to establish a period of disability.
