Some time after plaintiff entered the medical school of the University of Michigan, all senior students were required to take an examination sponsored by a national board of medical examiners. Upon failing portions of that examination, which plaintiff took in April of 1958, he was required to submit himself for comprehensive oral examinations by the faculty in each of the subjects he failed on the national board...
