This is a forcible entry and detention action brought in the county court of Cherry County by the State of Nebraska and Arnold Wright, its tenant, as plaintiffs, against Milton C. Kidder, defendant. This petition was filed in the county court of Cherry County May 3, 1958. The purpose of the action was to recover possession of certain school land.
